    Polar Bears on Thin Ice
     

    The Bush Administration has proposed to list polar bears as endangered species. The effects of Global Warming on polar bears are becoming more evident as time goes by. Not only are birth and survival rates decreasing but polar bears are actually drowning while searching for food and the safety of their ice sheets. (NDRC) 

     

         

    Please visit the Natural Resources Defense Council for more information on how Global Warming is killing polar bears and how you can get the Bush Administration to finalize the listing of polar bears as endangered and to designate its critical habitat.
